These Japanese unique units were well known for their outfit of war and their
weapons. The samurai wore padded armor which was well used against arrows but
would easily end up getting sliced by a sword. They
would follow their lord
under all cost and if he was killed in battle or captured it brought great shame
to the Lord's lands and often ended up in the capturing family
to take control
of that lord's lands. Lord Nobunga, spelling will vary, was captured in battle
with some men. A rescue mission
was launched around the time he was executed
with his men, beheaded. The men launching the rescue mission had already taken
out 2 out of the opponents three allies
who were protected by the opponent. The
men thought of shame when they learned that their Lord had been killed, but of
course it would have been more shameful to retreat.
So they continued to push
forward and ended up collapsing the opponents and conqueroring there lands.
The Samurai was also extremely strong against other Infantry
units due to their
funnily shaped swords which would knock out the opponents swords spelling their
doom. Of course other opponents unique units fared
little well against these
trained juggernaughts. The Samurai went through vigorous training to overcome
almost any obstacle and this proved them to be most powerful
against opponents.
The Samurai should be remembered through strength and honor not decite and
tratorship. Remember these brave warriors for being
and never given up,
remember them for being their to cover your backs.
