Mi-Ki's are a toy breed of dog only coming up to about 11 inches at the most.  They can weigh between 5 and 8 pounds.  Their eyes are wide, set quite far apart, and often dark in color though they can be blue.  Their ears are capable of being erect or lying on their head or somewhere in-between.  Many times their coats are black and white together.  They many times live into their teens.

Mi-Ki's are very calm and affectionate; much of their behavior is rather cat-like.  Like a house cat they are fairly low-key animals.  They are very even tempered making them ideal therapy dogs or for children.
