Vlad The Impaler

Have you ever thought about who the real Count Dracula was? Have you ever spent your Halloween dressed like this man who looks so lovable in costumes that adults pretend to be afraid of and than when they close the door say how adorable that little kid was, well than you need to check this mans true history, the man of Impaling. The exact date in my head is unknown but I do remember that his uncle was a king. The uncle having no kids of his own took Vlad in as his own at a young age, however the people didnt agree and Vlad was exiled. Vlad made his way to a Turkish village where the people made him one of there own, Vlad would never forget the Nobles who had him exiled. When he was older he set out with some Turkish soldiers and pheasants and went to the city that had him exiled. He went their with hundreds of Halberdier poles, 20 foot spears; most advanced spearmen at the time, and went into the city with force. He hunted and searched for the nobles who had sentenced his exile and their families. He had them all rounded up and set into lines. (This next part may not be suitable for readers who have just eaten or are faint at heart) Vlad would line the nobles up; kids, women, and men. At first he just toyed with his victims than he did the unimaginable, he thrust the pole into a kids body. A shriek, blood everywhere, pain soaring into his body, and yet, Vlad was able to hit his target so well that he didnt die instantly. You may think that this is insane, I mean isnt the goal of killing a victim mean killing the victim? Well for Vlad his personal goal was to make his opponents suffer. Not what they wanted a quick and easy death he would allow them an extremely slow and painful death. Why the children first though, to make their parents duffer to the most extreme to have his victims watch as their children would twitch and scream and have their own blood running smoothly down the Halberdier shaft. Than Vlad would do the women and slowly impale them in front of their husbands. The kids would still be alive watching their mothers be impaled and than all the family would be impaled side by side of each other. Just for a moment think about being the Child, Mom, or Dad impaled and think about the reasons you are being impaled. The kids suffered because of the parents errors, think about this, think about you being the one who causes your kids death. His Uncle was already dead so he had no fear of being impaled, or stabbed to death; of course Vlad would have spared his Uncle who had been betrayed by his loyal nobles. Though to mock his dying foes even more he set up a small office that looks like the ones we have today, a desk and a chair and he sat doing work and signing some papers. Of course you think why would someone be called Dracula if he was Vlad. Well he thought about thinking of a name he could sign off with. He came up with Dracula which meant in some dead language; man who enjoys blood and one who impales his victims. This man is by far the most famous Halberdier that ever lived. He continued to kill his victims that way until a riot caught him and gave him a piece of his own medicine, death to the Impaler by impaling. Many people though believed that he rose from the grave to haunt anyone who was outside at night. He was dead afraid of the Holy Cross and would die again if a stake was impaled into his heart, sounds like a vampire. The part of his name Count was referred to as his status in the Turkish empire. He signed off as Count Dracula after that to refer his respect to the people who took him in when no one else would.
